Nitesh has worked in Unilever for over 17+ years across 4 geographies and has spent the last 5 years as the Consumer & Market Insights Head (VP CMI) for Unilever South Asia. Nitesh started his career in 1998 as a qualitative researcher and spent the first 7 years of his career in Market Research companies, namely Indica Research, TNS / Kantar, and Nielsen. During his stint with TNS, he spent close to a year in Casablanca, Morocco too. He started his journey with Unilever India in 2006, as the Senior CMI Manager for Home & Personal care. He then moved to Brazil (in 2009) and later to Singapore (in 2011) as the Global CMI Director for ‘Dirt-is-Good’ brands and CMI lead for Southeast Asia & Australasia markets respectively, before moving to London, UK (in 2015) as the Foods Global CMI Director. CMI South Asia, where his key contributions include a single-minded focus to identify growth pockets, upping the ante on new age agile research, digital ways of working as well as enterprise approach to business challenges and opportunities. Nitesh is known for his humane leadership and his core strength lies in developing and nurturing talent.
Oslando DeSouza, appointed as the Head of CMI for Unilever South Asia, taking over from Nitesh Priyadarshi.
Oslando has over 25 years of experience in Insight and Growth across Geographies. He started his journey with HUL back in October 2001 in CMI looking after Lux, Lakme and Deo-Talc. He then worked globally across businesses taking up various roles - from the market development business of deodorants in South-East Asia, his career has spanned across launching Axe in Japan and China, to introducing the jelly bouillon in the savoury business of Knorr in Europe and across Global Skin Care and Cleansing. In his current role, he has worked on strategic Homecare initiatives around unmissable superiority, power growth cells, fragrance program, innovation forecasting and AI based concept prediction.

Srividya Narayanan, appointed as Head, Client Engagement and BD in VTION Digital
VTION is a pioneering company in the digital measurement space. VTION captures digital behaviour of urban Indian Smartphone users, passively using its patented technology, through a completely opt-in panel. Srividya has joined VTION to lead the Client Engagement function. As part of this role, she will lead business growth across verticals such as FMCG, Ecommerce, White Goods and will also be responsible for driving visibility of brand VTION in the market. Srividya has spent over 25 years in the market research, consumer insights space having worked across agencies and even some clients. Her last stint prior to joining VTION, was with Kantar where she led the engagement on the Unilever account.
