MRSI extends a warm welcome to Priyanka Bhargav, Senior Director - Brand Strategy & Head of Customer Intelligence, as a part of its Managing Committee. Priyanka brings over two decades of experience across research and analytics, marketing, corporate communications, and business strategy.

A graduate in Physics (Honours) from University of Delhi and an MBA in Marketing and Statistics from International Management Institute, Priyanka Bhargav began her career with Nielsen and later worked with Kantar, where she led the expansion of the Kantar-CSMM business across India. Over the years, Priyanka has worked across e-commerce, CPG, aviation, and retail sectors, with experience spanning organizations such as Myntra, contributing to initiatives including the relaunch of the Shoppers Stop loyalty programme, customer experience transformation for Idea Cellular, and network expansion at Jet Airways. 

At Flipkart, Priyanka has played a key role in developing customer-centric frameworks for quick commerce and driving initiatives around Gen Z consumer understanding, customer segmentation, personalization, loyalty programmes, and video commerce.

Beyond her corporate contributions, Priyanka has presented research papers at IIeX, ESOMAR, and MRMW conferences across Toronto, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Singapore. Her work has been recognised by ESOMAR and Market Research Society of India, and she has received honours including the Young Business Leader Award by BTVI, the Femina World Women Leadership Award by ET Now and World Marketing Congress, the Insights250 recognition by ESOMAR, and a feature in Forbes 2025.
