MRSI Welcomes Charu Mullick to its Managing Committee


April 8, 2025; Mumbai, India: Market Research Society of India (MRSI) is pleased to welcome Charu Mullick, Head - Consumer, Business Insights & Analytics at Haleon, to its Managing Committee. Charu will serve on MRSI’s Managing Committee until the end of the current term in 2027 as a Member.

Charu brings with her over 25 years of rich experience in data strategy, predictive analytics, and consumer insights, with a deep commitment to transforming business processes through the integration of AI, BI tools, and digital innovation. At Haleon, she leads the charge in delivering actionable insights and enabling data-led decision-making to drive growth, consumer engagement, and strategic impact. Previously, Charu successfully led a 30-member analytics team at PepsiCo, optimizing insights delivery across the AMENA region.

Known for her ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and aligning insights with strategic business goals. Her expertise spans customer lifetime value strategies, data governance, and the deployment of advanced machine learning models for predictive market analytics. Charu joins MRSI’s Managing Committee with immediate effect.
