Garvita Chauhan and Aditya Singh from Borderless Access, in collaboration with NGO Chhanv Foundation, have been awarded the prestigious Esomar Research Got Talent (RGT) Award for 2025-2026 for their paper, “Life Beyond the Burn."
This recognition marks a significant milestone for all stakeholders involved, including MRSI, Borderless Access, and Chhanv Foundation. The award-winning work brings attention to the critical issue of life after acid attacks, highlighting powerful narratives of resilience, rehabilitation, and recovery.
Chhanv Foundation’s continued efforts in supporting and rehabilitating acid attack survivors have been widely recognised as both impactful and inspiring. The collaboration provided valuable insights into the compassion, dedication, and sustained commitment required to help survivors rebuild their lives, while amplifying stories that can drive greater awareness and societal change.
Beyond celebrating the achievement of the researchers, this recognition underscores the importance of meaningful partnerships between industry and social organisations in addressing critical social issues. Such initiatives play a vital role in strengthening advocacy, increasing awareness, and supporting the pursuit of justice for survivors.
This achievement stands as a testament to the power of research and collaboration in creating impact that extends beyond business—into society at large.
