Currently, Biswa leads the Technology Research practice team in Kantar South Asia. He has a team of senior researchers working with him across both consumer technology and enterprise technology areas. Over the last 18 years at Kantar, Biswa and his team have successfully anchored several industry researches in the area of enterprise technology, consumer technology, electronics & internet including studies on IT Hardware market, Internet & Digital, mobility solutions, software services, enterprise business application, electronic components, cloud services, AI, etc. In addition, he has also led several researches on determining the impact of technology across areas like education, healthcare, lifestyle & entertainment, community, rural upliftment, digital divide, business delivery, etc. He regularly advises leading technology & Digital clients in addressing their marketing goals and also partners them in converting the market research findings into business insights and action plans.
Biswa has also published several articles in the areas of technology & cloud adoption in SMBs, impact of new IT form factors on urban & rural consumers and on the future of the technology market. His passion for teaching also takes him to several B-Schools in India where he conducts guest lectures and graded sessions on market research.
