Themes & Synopsis Topics

  • METHOD TO THE MADNESS

    Where opposites meet, methods evolve.

“We shape our tools, and thereafter they shape us."

This is the space for those who didn’t choose between art or science — but combined both. For those who used machine learning and/or human intuition. For those who knew when to quantify emotion, and when to leave space for silence.

Tell us how your method bent, broke or bridged. How you layered qualitative with quantitative, ethnography with analytics, past learnings with future modelling, and much more. Share what worked, what didn't, and what the next iteration might look like.

Tell us about the new methodologies, tools and/or data collection methods that were born when you decided to go AND vs. OR. What harmonies did you leverage? What alchemy did you accomplish when you decided to go multi-model, mixed methods or combined approaches.

This is your space to show how tools evolve in these interesting times when we stop choosing sides.

  • INNOVATION AT THE EDGES

True innovation doesn’t replace — it reimagines

“Breakthroughs don’t come from choosing between old and new. They come from reimagining both."

This track is for those who colour outside the lines. Who turned ‘legacy vs. disruption’ into ‘legacy with disruption.’ Who collaborated across unexpected boundaries — between academia and industry, AI and artisans, startups and multinationals.

Was there a radical new product, model, tool or idea? Was your innovation born not from scratch, but from synthesis?

How have new innovations in product, service or user experience reimagined existing norms? How have collaborations with educational institutes or experts helped in finetuning your model/product offering? We are looking for innovations that are in POC stage, in beta version or in implementation.

This is the space for ideas that don’t belong neatly in one box. Tell us how you challenged legacy without discarding it. Or how you brought something audacious to life by connecting dots others didn’t see.

  • TECHNOLOGY AS AN INTERSECTION

When logic meets intuition, and precision meets empathy.

“The future is not just smart — it’s human. It’s not just digital — it’s personal."

Technology today isn’t about choosing between efficiency and empathy. It’s where code and conscience intersect, where data science becomes human insight. From AI that mirrors human creativity to algorithms that amplify human connection — the power lies in harmonizing the technical with the intuitive.

Tell us how you balanced speed with substance, automation with artistry. Did your tech-driven approach decode human stories while preserving their soul? Did you build a framework where precision met perception?

We’re looking for examples where tech didn’t overpower the human touch, but rather, enhanced it — proving that the future is not a machine-led revolution, but a collaboration between logic and intuition.

This is where you share how you harnessed the power of technology for your “AND" moments - what polarities did technology allow you to bridge? Or was technology itself one shore that you needed to connect with the other?

  • THE HUMAN MOSAIC

    The people of AND

“To be whole is to embrace all your parts."

As businesses chase tech fluency, who is nurturing the people behind the pixels?
This space is for stories of culture, leadership, and capability that don’t split the personal from the professional. Where teams are empowered to be strategic and sensitive, visionary and grounded.

What rituals, philosophies, mentorships or org changes have enabled people to thrive in ambiguity? Have you built workplaces that champion individuality and interdependence? That train young minds for frameworks and first-principles thinking? Have you rethought how you nurture teams, mentor talent, or build cultures that are both deeply personal and powerfully collective?

How are we equipping and skilling people in a multi-generational reality? What inspiring and innovative policies and practices enables team members on their AND journey? How are we better equipping insight leaders of tomorrow to sense make in a world of multiverses?

This is your space to talk about the inner scaffolding of the insight industry — the humans who hold it up, and what holds them up in turn.
